Heart&Stroke Hypertension CollaborativeThe Heart&Stroke Hypertension Collaborative is an annual, inter-professional, professional development conference for healthcare providers (doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and allied healthcare practitioners) interested in augmenting their knowledge of the latest clinical practice in hypertension. In 2010, the Heart&Stroke Hypertension Collaborative was presented in collaboration with the Ontario Hypertension Society. SAVE THE DATE!!!
