Bring your family and friends to enjoy Polo for Heart, an annual, three-day charity event held at the Toronto Polo Club in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

From June 19 to 21, 2009, your family can enjoy watching polo matches, participating in the traditional divot stomp and browsing boutique tents selling food, jewelry, clothing and accessories. With picnic areas for the public and exciting, on-going entertainment throughout the day, Polo for Heart is an unforgettable, family-friendly event!

Originated by Colonel Michael Sifton at the Toronto Polo Club, Polo for Heart has raised more than $3.5 million for heart disease and stroke research since 1979. The proceeds of Polo for Heart 2009 will go toward the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario’s Chase McEachern Tribute Fund, which supports the placement of life-saving Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in communities throughout Ontario.

The Gormley Polo Centre

Directions:
The Gormley Polo Centre is located 30 minutes from downtown Toronto. Take Hwy. 404 and exit west on Bloomington Road. Turn south on Leslie Street (which is at the first set of lights) and continue to the fourth driveway on the east side of the street. Continue east down the long driveway, past the pond and over the hill.
The polo field will be on the south side, immediately on your right.
