The Heart and Stroke Foundation offers a wealth of information and tools to help you, your family or your patients prevent and manage heart disease and stroke. This catalogue lists the print resources available for Ontario residents. You may find information about living with the effects of heart disease and stroke, how to control your risk factors, how to live a healthy style and much more.
